Teaching & Workshops
I design and facilitate interdisciplinary learning experiences that support student development, creativity, and academic success. My teaching integrates structured curriculum, collaborative learning, and reflective practice, with an emphasis on process, engagement, and skill development across educational and community-based settings.

Higher Education Courses Examples
College and Career Success (CT State Community College)
A first-year experience course designed to support students in developing the academic, personal, and professional skills necessary for college success. The course focuses on goal-setting, time management, career exploration, and navigating college systems. Through structured activities and collaborative projects, students build strategies for persistence, self-awareness, and long-term academic and career planning.
Investigating Creativity (Eastern CT State University)
An interdisciplinary course that examines creativity as a lived process across disciplines. Students explore how creative work emerges through risk, constraint, environment, and practice, engaging with both theoretical frameworks and real-world examples. Through observation, reflection, and project-based work, students develop a deeper understanding of their own creative processes and the systems that support or inhibit creative expression.
Dance Workshop (Eastern CT State University)
A studio-based course focused on choreography, collaboration, and performance. Students engage in the full creative process, including movement development, composition, rehearsal, and presentation. Emphasis is placed on experimentation, risk-taking, and refining artistic voice while working both independently and as part of an ensemble.
Community-Based Teaching & Program Leadership
The Complex Performing and Creative Arts Centre
I design and lead year-round interdisciplinary programming that integrates technical training, creative development, and performance-based learning. Working with students across age groups and experience levels, I develop structured curricula that support skill progression, confidence-building, and collaborative engagement. Programming includes technique classes, workshops, intensives, and performance projects that emphasize both individual growth and ensemble-based learning. My approach prioritizes process, consistency, and the development of independent learners within a supportive and structured environment.
