Across all programs, I manage planning, logistics, communication, and implementation while maintaining a focus on participant growth, retention, and overall program impact.

Founder & Program Director

I lead a multidisciplinary arts program serving over 200 students annually, overseeing year-round programming that integrates technical training, creative development, and performance-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Designed and implemented seasonal and year-long programming across multiple disciplines
Coordinated scheduling, staffing, enrollment, and communication across concurrent programs
Managed a team of 15–20 instructors and supported consistent program delivery
Oversaw student progression through structured curriculum and mentorship models

Event & Program Coordination

Across both academic and community settings, I coordinate workshops, performances, and public-facing events that support learning, engagement, and collaboration.
